These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.digitalskillwala.com and your enrollment in courses offered by Digital Skill Wala, located at 209, Second Floor, Sudarshan Enclave, BSNL Rd, Sector 3, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001.

By accessing our website or enrolling in any Digital Skill Wala course, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• You provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You will not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

These Terms may be updated by Digital Skill Wala at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Enrollment in any Digital Skill Wala course is subject to the following conditions:

• Seats are limited per batch and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial (EMI) payment
• Digital Skill Wala reserves the right to change batch dates, timings, or instructors with at least 48 hours' notice
• We reserve the right to modify course curriculum to reflect current industry standards
• Demo classes are provided free of charge and do not guarantee enrollment
• Enrollment in online batches requires a stable internet connection and compatible device — we are not responsible for technical issues on the student's end

The following payment terms apply to all course enrollments:

• Course fees range from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000 depending on the course variant and duration
• Fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed EMI schedule before the course commencement date
• EMI plans are subject to approval and must be completed as per the agreed schedule
• Late payment of EMI instalments may result in temporary suspension of access to course materials
• Course fees are exclusive of GST, where applicable
• All payments must be made via approved methods: bank transfer, UPI, or payment gateway

Attendance:

• Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for certification
• Missed classes can be covered through recorded sessions if available — live session recordings are not guaranteed
• Students who miss more than 25% of sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for placement assistance

Code of Conduct:

• Respectful behaviour towards trainers and fellow students is mandatory
• Recording of live sessions without prior written permission from the trainer is strictly prohibited
• Sharing course materials, login credentials, or recorded content with non-enrolled individuals is prohibited
• Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund

All content provided by Digital Skill Wala — including but not limited to course videos, PDFs, presentations, assignments, study materials, website content, and logos — is the exclusive property of Digital Skill Wala and is protected under Indian copyright law.

• Students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use course materials for their own learning only
• Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or public sharing of any course content is strictly prohibited
• Any content created by the trainer during live sessions remains the intellectual property of Digital Skill Wala

Certification from Digital Skill Wala is awarded upon meeting the following criteria:

• Minimum 75% attendance throughout the course
• Completion of all assigned projects and live exercises
• Satisfactory performance in the final project presentation
• Full payment of all course fees with no outstanding dues

Digital Skill Wala certificates are issued as digital certificates. Physical certificates may be requested at additional printing and courier costs.

Digital Skill Wala provides 100% placement assistance to eligible students. The following terms apply:

• Placement assistance includes resume building, interview preparation, and job referrals to our partner companies
• Placement assistance is subject to student maintaining required attendance and completing all course deliverables
• "100% Placement Assistance" refers to our commitment to provide assistance — it does not guarantee employment
• Digital Skill Wala is not responsible for the outcome of job interviews or hiring decisions made by third-party employers
• Students must respond to interview opportunities in a timely and professional manner to continue receiving placement support

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Skill Wala shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Loss of employment opportunities, earnings, or business resulting from course completion or non-completion
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party websites or services linked from our website

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the course fee paid by the student.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

We encourage students to first contact us directly to resolve any grievances before pursuing legal action. Most concerns can be resolved through open communication.
