At Digital Skill Wala, we believe in fair and transparent policies. We want every student to feel confident before enrolling. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for courses offered by Digital Skill Wala.
We offer a free demo class before enrollment. We strongly encourage all prospective students to attend the demo to evaluate the teaching style and course content before making a payment decision.

1. Refund Eligibility

A student may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You request a cancellation within 3 days of payment and have not attended any live class — Full refund (100%)
- You request a cancellation within 7 days of payment and have attended a maximum of 2 classes — 50% refund
- Digital Skill Wala cancels or permanently discontinues a batch without rescheduling — Full refund of amount paid
- Course content delivered is significantly different from what was promised — case-by-case evaluation

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation requested after 7 days from the date of payment
- Student has attended more than 2 classes, regardless of timeline
- Student was suspended or removed from the course due to violation of Code of Conduct
- Student fails to maintain required attendance due to personal reasons
- Dissatisfaction with course after attending 3 or more classes
- Failure to attend classes without prior notice — course fees will not be refunded
- Dissatisfaction with job placement outcomes — placement assistance is provided; employment is not guaranteed
- Any change in personal circumstances (relocation, job change, personal decision)
🚫 Registration fees, brochure processing fees (if any), and payment gateway charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. EMI Cancellations

Students who have enrolled under an EMI payment plan and wish to cancel must note the following:
- EMI cancellations are governed by the same refund eligibility criteria as full payments (see Section 1)
- If a full refund is applicable, only the amount paid to date will be refunded — future EMI instalments will be cancelled
- If a 50% refund is applicable, it will be calculated on the total amount paid so far
- Outstanding EMI instalments will be waived upon cancellation (you are not required to pay pending instalments)
- If cancellation is not eligible for refund, no further EMI instalments are required, but no refund of past payments will be made
⚠️ Please inform us before your next EMI due date to avoid any complications. Missed EMI payments do not constitute a cancellation request.

5. Batch Change & Course Transfer

We understand that schedules change. The following options are available without a refund penalty:
- Batch Transfer — Students may transfer to a different batch (weekday to weekend or vice versa) once at no extra charge, subject to seat availability, if requested before the 4th class
- Deferral — Students may defer their enrollment to the next available batch (maximum 3 months), once, if they face a genuine emergency before the course begins
- Course credit — In exceptional cases, we may issue a course credit (valid for 6 months) instead of a refund

6. Refund Process

How to request a refund:

Acknowledgement within 24 hours
Our team will acknowledge your request and verify your eligibility within 24 working hours

Processing within 5–7 business days
If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 working days

Refund credited in 7–10 days
Bank processing time may vary. UPI refunds are typically faster than card/bank transfer refunds
All refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We do not issue refunds via cash, gift vouchers, or alternative payment methods.
